Summary: Very average. Basic beds but comfortable enough. The suite did have a kitchen but there were absolutely no utensil or cookware. There were signs of repair on the walls but it was not repainted. There was a lot of noise from renovation on the same floor during day time. I was not wormed that they could be construction noise. The unit was spacious in two levels. It had enough beds for 6 people.
